One home for all settings. Administration in the left navigation replaces the settings menus in each app. Jump to any section or page from the navigation or the top bar, or search for it on the overview page.
Advanced permissions on roles and people. A new Advanced permissions tab on each role and each person replaces the legacy WFM role authorization and WFM user authorization screens. See where a person's access differs from their roles and reset it with one click.
Work through records faster. Detail pages have a cleaner layout, and your filtered list stays next to the record, so you can move straight to the next one.
