Here's what's new:
1. Background Jobs (formerly JobManager)
With Background Jobs, you can set up recurring jobs like reports or shift sequences once as templates, and let them run automatically.
- Manage and edit templates directly under Account > Background Jobs
- Cleaner interface and easier scheduling, no technical setup required
- Typical use cases include: daily reporting, inserting shift sequences, triggering automated assignments
2. Job Status (formerly JobProcessor)
With Job Status you can view which tasks are running, completed, or failed - all in one place.
- Cancel, re-run, or remove jobs with a click
- Now accessible from the main navigation bar
- Admins can view all jobs and permit others users to either view all jobs or their own only
Everyone who previously had access to these features can now enjoy the improved versions, automatically available and free of charge.
If you don’t see the feature but are interested, just contact your CSM for a quick demo.
