The new add-on Peopleware AI brings the AI running in the background of Peopleware to the front. It has two features: PIA, a chat assistant inside Peopleware, and Peopleware MCP, which connects your data to your preferred AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini.
PIA, your AI assistant inside Peopleware. Ask about schedules, time off, intraday performance or how a feature works, and get answers right on the page you’re working on. Bring data together into tables and reports to help you understand what’s happening and where to focus. Choose your AI provider (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral) and connect it using your own API key.
Peopleware MCP, for the AI tools you already use. Analyse your metrics, find ways to improve your schedules, and combine Peopleware data with data from your other systems, without leaving your AI tool.
You stay in control. Peopleware AI can only read your data, never change it, and always applies the permissions each user already has in Peopleware. This lets you use AI to explore, analyse and work with your workforce data, while you decide on every change.
