Agents now receive email notifications whenever a shift swap request is approved, rejected, or becomes invalid before a decision. This makes the swap process clearer and more transparent, so agents can easily track the status of their requests. Each email also includes a link to Peopleware Me, allowing agents to quickly initiate a new swap if needed.
