Shift Center Desktop is now available to all customers (if Shift Center is included in your package) — no request needed. You'll find it under Scheduling > Shift Center Desktop. The installable Windows desktop application delivers significantly faster performance when working with large schedules, long date ranges, or many activities. If you are still using the browser-based Shift Center, now is the right time to switch — get in touch with your CX/CSM contact, who will gladly support you with the migration.
