You can now manage workload permissions in more detail. Choose between six permission levels - view, create, edit, delete, edit forecast, and edit staff requirement calculation. Permissions can be set for all workloads or individual workloads. This ensures that each user has the appropriate level of access based on their role, ensuring your data integrity and compliance. Learn more.

Here is how Admins can access this:

  1. Click Account > Roles
  2. Choose a role
  3. Manage permissions:
    • On the left, under “Forecast”, you can manage permissions for all workloads
    • At the bottom of the page, you can manage permissions for individual workloads

Advanced customers can only set permissions to all workloads
Enterprise customers can set permissions to all workloads and individual workloads
