You can now manage Forecasts and Workloads in a refreshed, more intuitive interface.
The Forecast landing page is now called Forecasts. This remains your familiar central hub for creating and adapting forecasts to meet your specific requirements and calculating staff requirements. Additionally, the Workloads section has been completely redesigned to streamline configuration and improve queue assignment.
Various improvements have been applied to make your forecasting more efficient, such as high-performance zoom functionality for charts, and a persistent AHT compact view.
