As a follow-up to the recent NICE CXone integration release, agent statuses now combine the primary state with the unavailable code (e.g. "Unavailable | Break") for a more fine-grained view. The enhanced data is imported automatically — map the new combined labels to Peopleware activities to make them visible in your reports.
